Action

1. 

From your Workbench page, select to search by Requisition ID.

2. 

Enter the requisition ID into the Search Value field.

3. 

Select the Go button.

4. 

Select the Position Title link.

 

The Applicant Page displays.

5. 

You will scroll down to see the applicants.

 

Select the Add Activity link for the applicant you wish to hire.

 

The Add an Activity page displays.

6. 

Select the dropdown box for Adding Activity.

7. 

Select the Selection Summary Form (Required) list item.

8. 

Select the Go button. 

 

The Select Justification page displays.

9. 

Place your cursor in the Hire Date field.

10. 

From the Calendar, select the intended Hire Date.

11. 

In some cases, the applicant's Social Security number will default into the SSN field.

 

If not, enter the SSN.

12. 

Place your cursor in the Initial Criteria field.

13. 

Into the Initial Criteria field, refer to the requisition and describe how the applicant meets or surpasses each criterion.

 

14. 

In the other fields, describe how the applicant

 

- meets or surpasses the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- meets or surpasses the Final Criteria

- demonstrated themselves to be a superior candidate in the interview.

 

You must address each criterion.

 

Select the Save button.

15. 

You must complete the Selection Summary Form page before you can extend an offer to an applicant. End.
